We went in looking for a rug after being unhappy with the "big box stores" and Mike was so helpful in making our decision. If he wasn't showing us his in stock selection by flipping through stacks of rugs, he was showing us catalogs for rug companies he is a dealer for. He was very aware of our budget and helped us stay as close as we could for the size of rug we were looking for. After our rug arrived at his store, he was able to come and install it for us and did a fantastic job. I called The Rug Gallery of Newburgh around 12pm on Christmas Eve. We really needed an amazing rug and a few runners for our Holiday party. The store was closed, however Mike Kishline came to our rescue! Mike brought a few options to our home and installed three rugs for us on Christmas Eve! My husband and I felt terrible for having him work on Christmas Eve when his store wasn’t open, but Mike was more worried about taking care of us and making us happy.
