The staff are very eager to help you achieve your goals. They are very well trained in the Flex 151 technology. The facility is very clean and neat. They have a small restaurant/juice bar/coffee shop and also a small selection of healthy grocery items including some refrigerated and even a few frozen items.
In addition to the Flex training they have Yoga, barre classes, nutritional advice, massage, and a chi machine.
